Refund Policy
1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on SE GAMES are digital goods (game accounts, offline activation, licenses). Once delivered or activated, the product cannot be returned like physical items.
2. No Refund After Delivery
After the product details, activation files, or account access are delivered:
No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
This includes:
- Change of mind
- System incompatibility
- User (Local) error during activation
- Accidental purchase
3. Offline Activation Responsibility
For Offline Activation products:
- Activation instructions are provided clearly
- The customer must follow instructions exactly
- Misuse, resetting, updating, or violating instructions is customer responsibility
Refunds are not issued for activation misuse or mistakes.
4. Payment Verification Issues
For manual payments (Raast, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer):
- Valid payment proof is required
- Screenshot must clearly show transaction details
- Incomplete or fake proof may lead to order cancellation
No product is delivered until payment is verified.
5. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If a customer accidentally makes:
- Duplicate payment
- Extra payment
They must contact support immediately with proof.
Refund or adjustment will be handled case-by-case after verification.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- Customer changes their mind
- Product is already delivered
- Account details are shared with others
- Activation rules are violated
- Customer ignores provided instructions
7. Technical Issues on Our Side
If:
- Wrong product is delivered
- Access details are incorrect
- Product is unavailable after payment
We will:
- Fix the issue
- Replace the product
- Or provide a replacement for another product (if applicable)
Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Fraud & Abuse
Any attempt of:
- Fake screenshots
- Chargeback fraud
- False claims
Will result in:
- Immediate order cancellation
- Permanent service denial
- No refund issued
9. Refund Decision Authority
All refund decisions are made solely by SE GAMES.
Customer support decisions are final and non-negotiable.

Changes take effect immediately once published on the website.
