These Terms & Conditions govern the use of  SE GAMES  and all purchases made through our platform. By accessing our website or buying any product, you agree to follow these terms. They are designed to protect both SE GAMES and our customers and ensure fair, secure use of our services.

By accessing or purchasing from SE GAMES, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility to Use

You confirm that:

  • You are legally allowed to purchase digital products
  • You understand how digital game accounts / activations work
  • You will use our services lawfully and responsibly

3. Digital Product Nature

All products sold by SE GAMES are digital:

  • Game accounts
  • Offline activations
  • Digital licenses

Once delivered, products cannot be returned or physically retrieved.

4. Warranty

  • Offline Activation Accounts: 6 months warranty from the date of purchase, valid only if usage instructions are followed.
  • Personal Accounts: Warranty is valid until account details are changed, with a maximum warranty period of 24 hours.
  • For Personal Accounts, buyers must change all account details within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Failure to change account details within 24 hours will void the warranty, and SE GAMES will not be responsible for any loss.
  • Any misuse, sharing, reselling, or violation of instructions voids the warranty immediately.

All digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned once delivered.

5. Account & Activation Usage Rules

Customers must:

  • Follow all provided instructions carefully
  • Use products on their own device only
  • Avoid sharing, reselling, or modifying accounts

Violation may result in access termination without refund.

6. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed after payment verification
  • Delivery is done via email or WhatsApp
  • Delivery time may vary based on product type and availability

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer details.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are shown in PKR
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Manual payments require valid proof

Orders with fake or unclear payment proof will be cancelled.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.


In general:

  • No refunds after digital delivery
  • No refunds for change of mind or user error
  • Refund decisions are final

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials
  • Abuse activation methods
  • Attempt chargebacks or fraud
  • Make false claims

Abuse may lead to permanent service denial.

10. Limitation of Liability

SE GAMES is not liable for:

  • Account bans due to customer misuse
  • Device incompatibility
  • Internet or system issues
  • Third-party platform changes (Steam, Rockstar, EA, Epic, Ubisoft, Battlenet etc.)

Use products at your own responsibility.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website:

  • Text
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Design

Belongs to SE GAMES and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

12. Fraud & Misuse

Any attempt of:

  • Fake screenshots
  • Chargeback fraud
  • False refund claims

Will result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • No refund
  • Permanent blacklist

13. Service Modifications

SE GAMES reserves the right to:

  • Modify services
  • Change prices
  • Discontinue products

At any time without prior notice.
